Ingredients
- 250g Cream Cheese
- 1/3 cup finely grated Wilcox carrot, plus carrot sticks to serve
- 1/2 teaspoon orange rind
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, plus extra to sprinkle
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions
- Step 1 Combine the cream cheese, grated carrot, rind, juice, cinnamon and honey (optional) in a serving bowl until combined.
- Step 2 Sprinkle with extra cinnamon to taste. Serve with carrot sticks.
